These terms govern your use of the Stratamize LLC website and the services we provide. By using this site or our services, you agree to them.
Who we are
Stratamize LLC is a merchant services company and registered ISO at 30 Salbide Ave, Newnan, GA 30263. We help businesses apply for and set up merchant accounts, card processing and online payment gateways, and we sell and set up Clover point of sale devices.
Your agreements come first
Your merchant account is governed by the merchant processing agreement you sign with the payment processor and its bank. Clover devices and software plans are governed by your equipment order and Clover's own terms. If those agreements conflict with these website terms, those agreements control.
Approval
Every merchant account is subject to underwriting approval by the processor and its bank. We help you prepare your application, but we cannot guarantee that an account will be approved, or approved on particular terms.
Pricing
We quote device, software plan and processing pricing before you sign. Your processing pricing is stated in your processing agreement and may change only as that agreement allows.
Cash discount program
When you use the cash discount program, your posted prices are the card prices and customers who pay cash in person receive 3.5% off. We help you set up the program and the signs for it; you are responsible for running it as set up and for following the card-brand rules and laws that apply to your business.
Card data
Card entry happens on Clover devices and in the processor's hosted payment forms. We never handle your customers' raw card numbers.
