Stratamize LLC ("Stratamize," "we," "us") is a merchant services company and registered ISO at 30 Salbide Ave, Newnan, GA 30263. This policy explains what information we collect through stratamize.com and while we set up merchant services and Clover point of sale for your business, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, business name, email, phone number and message, when you call, email or send a request through our website or application.
- Application details, when you request a merchant account: business and owner details, how you sell, your expected card volume, and documents you upload in the secure checklist, such as a recent processing statement or a voided check.
- Technical information your browser sends when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, which our web server records in its logs.
The statement rate tool runs in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us.
Card numbers
We never collect or store your customers' card numbers. Card entry happens on Clover devices and in the payment processor's hosted forms.
How we use information
- To answer your questions and give you a quote.
- To prepare your merchant account application and send it for underwriting.
- To order, set up and support your Clover devices and your account.
- To meet our legal, compliance and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- The payment processor and bank that review and provide your merchant account.
- Clover Network, LLC, for device orders, software plans and setup.
- Service providers that host our systems or help us run our business, under confidentiality obligations. This does not include mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in and consent data for any marketing or promotional use.
- Google LLC, for Google Analytics 4 website measurement, as described under Website visits and campaigns. That measurement does not include form contents or text-message consent.
- Others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Sensitive information
Please don't send card numbers, bank account numbers, government ID numbers or processing statements through our website forms, by email or by text. When we need documents, we give you a secure way to upload them.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies (follow-up questions about a service request: up to 8 messages per request). Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our SMS terms.
Keeping and protecting information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Website visits and campaigns
The web server logs above are separate from this. Public pages, including the agent pages, load Google Analytics 4 from Google LLC to count visits and to record which campaign link a visit came from, such as a tagged Facebook group link.
A page view sends Google the page address after the query string is cut down to campaign fields only: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, utm_id, utm_source_platform, utm_creative_format, and utm_marketing_tactic. The page title and the referring address, cut down the same way, go with it. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other query fields are removed on the page before the hit is sent. The property is also set to redact email addresses and common name, email, and phone parameters in page addresses. The tag may store a first-party analytics cookie. It does not receive the words typed into a form, and it is not given a user id.
The agent interest form sends two event names only. Opening the form sends agent_interest_open. A successful submit sends agent_interest_submit only after our server accepts the request. A failed, blocked, or unfinished submit is not sent. The request itself, including name, email, phone, and note, still comes to Stratamize as contact details above. Those fields are not copied into the analytics event.
Google signals, ads personalization, user-provided data, automatic form-interaction measurement, and sharing Analytics data with other Google products are off. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization are denied in the tag for every visitor. For visitors the Google tag treats as being in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, analytics storage is denied, so the analytics cookie is not set. We do not look up a visitor's country on our server, and the site has no consent banner and no control that turns analytics storage back on. People elsewhere, including the United States, are measured with the analytics cookie. This describes the tag and the property settings in use. It is not a claim that the setup meets every privacy law that could apply where a visitor lives.
Questions about this measurement can go to support@stratamize.com or (770) 629-0928. A browser can also block Google Analytics.
