Is the Clover Compact a POS?
It is a payment terminal, not a full POS. The toolkit lists it on the payments plan for new merchants. If you need a menu, inventory or employee features on the device, the Clover Mini is the step up.
Does the Compact print receipts?
Yes. It has a built-in 58mm thermal printer.
Can the Compact take EBT and gift cards?
Clover's sales sheet lists EBT and gift cards among the Compact's payment types, along with credit and debit. Tell us what you accept and we set it up with your merchant account.
