Merchant Portal

Get started with your Merchant Portal

Sign in, confirm the business and your access, and choose where to begin.

Menus and available actions depend on your role and enabled services. In the local demos, use sample records only; no real payments or messages are sent.

The Merchant Portal brings payment activity, customer history, deposits, and account tools together. Your account determines which methods and actions are available. A feature in the demonstration does not mean it is activated for your business.

Before you begin

Have the portal link supplied by your account operator and use the Google account or mobile number associated with your invitation. If you have not received access, ask the owner or operator to confirm your invitation.

Start your session

  1. Open your assigned portal link. Use the sign-in option offered for your account: Google or a one-time text code.
  2. Complete the authenticator step if two-factor authentication is enabled.
  3. Check the business name at the top before viewing records or taking payments.
  4. Open Settings → Your access to check the role attached to this session.
  5. Start with Overview, Transactions, or Virtual Terminal, according to the task and available access.

The welcome panel offers Take a payment, See transactions, Track deposits, Set up alerts, and Settings. Dismiss closes the introduction.

If you cannot continue

A missing payment screen or permission message is a reason to check access. Ask the owner or operator to verify your role and enabled services. An accountant label alone does not establish which financial actions are permitted. Use your own login.

The local demo opens a synthetic account without testing real sign-in. See two-factor authentication for account protection.
