Use your own portal identity. The following actions apply to a live account where they are enabled.
Enable an authenticator
- Open Settings → Two-factor.
- If status is Off, choose Set up two-factor.
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app, or enter the displayed setup key into the app.
- Enter the current six-digit code and choose Turn on.
- Confirm the status now shows On.
Keep the setup key and current codes private. If a code fails, check the authenticator entry and use a fresh code. For a lost authenticator or inaccessible sign-in method, contact your operator through the established support channel. This guide does not assume a self-service recovery-code feature.
Maintain access details
Under Contact & sign-in, enter a replacement Login phone, select Send code, and use Verify & switch after receiving the code. Retain access to the old number until the change succeeds. Save Notification email separately with Save email.
Review Recent sign-ins under Sign-ins. Report unfamiliar entries with their displayed time and description. Use Sign out on shared devices; mobile navigation includes it in More.
Disabling two-factor requires a current code and Turn off two-factor. Resolve a sign-in problem with support rather than treating disablement as the default remedy.
Demo security state and history are illustrations. Enrollment, phone changes, and authentication actions are blocked.
