These terms govern use of the Stratamize website and informational resources. Product, payment, implementation, and merchant-account services are governed by their written agreements.
Information, demos, and offers
Website content and calculators are informational and may not describe every configuration, fee, limitation, integration, eligibility rule, or provider term.
A demo does not guarantee that every workflow is available in every configuration. Confirm required features, integrations, hardware, support, implementation, and pricing in the applicable written agreement.
Pricing and processing examples are not offers of credit, guaranteed savings, guaranteed approval, or a promise of a particular funding outcome.
Merchant applications and third parties
Submitting a merchant application does not mean approval. Underwriting providers determine eligibility and may request documents, clarification, conditions, or additional review.
Provider-hosted applications, payment services, hardware, communications, and integrations may be subject to separate third-party terms and disclosures.
Acceptable use and contact
Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, submit unlawful material, or use the website to transmit malware, spam, or deceptive content.
