Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to consulting engagements and professional services purchased from Stratamize LLC. It is provided to every client in their written service agreement before work begins.

Before work begins: a client may cancel a scheduled engagement for a full refund of any deposit paid, less any third-party fees already remitted on the client's behalf.

After work has begun: fees are earned in proportion to the work completed and the deliverables provided. Refunds for the unperformed portion of a scoped engagement are considered in good faith on a case-by-case basis.

Completed engagements: advisory work product and completed filings or registrations are non-refundable once delivered, consistent with professional-services norms.

Third-party costs: government filing fees and other third-party charges are non-refundable once paid to the applicable authority on the client's behalf.
