SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms govern Stratamize LLC's text-messaging program. By opting in to receive text messages from Stratamize, you agree to the terms below.
1. Program description
When you opt in to the Stratamize messaging program, we will send text messages related to your inquiry or account — for example, responses to an operator-access request, appointment or onboarding coordination, account and service notifications, and replies to messages you send us. This is a conversational and notification program, not a high-volume marketing blast.
2. How you opt in (consent)
You provide your express consent to receive text messages by giving us your mobile number and affirmatively opting in — for example, by submitting a form on our website where you indicate you agree to be contacted by text, by texting a keyword to our number, or by otherwise asking us to text you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You will generally receive messages in response to your requests and as needed to coordinate your inquiry or account.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates for messages and data will apply to any messages you send or receive. Stratamize does not charge a separate fee for the messaging program. Check your plan with your carrier for details on applicable charges.
5. Help and opting out (HELP / STOP)
For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at Support@stratamize.com or (770) 629-0928.
To cancel, reply STOP to any message at any time. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending text messages to that number. You may also receive a STOP confirmation if you text any of the recognized opt-out keywords (such as STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT). If you opt out and later want to rejoin, reply START or contact us again to opt back in.
6. Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change, and we are not liable for service interruptions outside our control.
7. Privacy & use of your mobile information
We use the mobile number and information you provide to operate this messaging program and respond to you. We do not sell your mobile information, and we do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing. Information may be shared with the service providers that help us deliver these messages, solely to operate the program on our behalf. 8. Eligibility
You must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and you must be old enough to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction. By opting in, you confirm you are authorized to receive messages at that number.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued participation in the program after an update means you accept the revised terms.
