This page explains how Stratamize handles information submitted through this website and how merchant application data is separated from marketing intake.
Website and lead information
Stratamize may collect contact information, business name, stated interests, selected demo workflow, location count, referral page, and campaign parameters when you submit a website form.
We use this information to respond to your request, route the appropriate demo or consultation, prevent abuse, understand which resources are useful, and maintain an activity history for the relationship.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank credentials, identity documents, ownership records, or other underwriting-sensitive data through ordinary website forms, social media, or unencrypted email.
Hosted applications and service providers
If you choose to begin a merchant application, Stratamize may direct you to a provider-hosted application or secure document workflow. The provider's disclosures and privacy terms apply to information entered there.
Stratamize may use service providers for hosting, communications, fraud prevention, analytics, support, merchant boarding, payment services, and related operations. Access is limited to the business purpose and applicable agreement.
Communications and choices
Marketing consent, service communications, application updates, and SMS consent are distinct. You can request that promotional contact stop, and supported channels include their own opt-out instructions.
