Stratamize POS

Sign in and sign out

Signing in with a texted code, signing in with Google, choosing your store if you have more than one, signing out at the end of a shift, and the fixed 8 hours a sign-in lasts.

Menus and available actions depend on your role and enabled services. In the local demos, use sample records only; no real payments or messages are sent.

You sign in with your mobile number and a code we text you. There is no password.

  1. Go to your store's address, yourstore.stratamize.com.
  2. Pick your country code and type your mobile number.
  3. Optionally tick Keep me signed in for 30 days — read the note on session length below before you rely on it.
  4. Tap Send Verification Code.
  5. Type the 6-digit code from the text message and tap through.

The page counts down five minutes for the code. If it does not arrive, wait for the short countdown on Resend Code to run out and tap it.

If your number has to be typed with a country code, the page will tell you: "Invalid phone number format. Use country code (e.g. +1) followed by your number." Type +1 and your ten digits.

After several failed attempts in a row you are held off for a while: "Too many login attempts. Please wait 15 minutes and try again."

Sign in with Google

If your account has Google sign-in switched on, a Continue with Google button appears under the phone form. If you do not see it, your account does not have it and the texted code is the only way in.

If you have more than one store

Sign in at the main Stratamize address and, once your code is accepted, you get a list of the stores your number belongs to. Pick one and you land on its dashboard. To move to another store, sign out and sign in again.

If your number is not attached to any store, you get: "Your phone number is not registered. Please contact support."

Sign out

Tap your avatar at the top right of any screen and choose Sign out. That ends the sign-in on the server and returns you to the sign-in page. Do this at the end of a shift on a shared terminal.

If you are only stepping away for a moment, lock the terminal instead — see Lock the terminal and switch cashier.

How long a sign-in lasts

A sign-in lasts 8 hours from the moment you signed in. It is a fixed 8 hours, not 8 idle hours: ringing sales and taking payments do not push it out. Sign in at 8am and you are signed out at 4pm, busy or not.

So sign in at the start of the shift, not part-way through, and if your shift is longer than 8 hours expect to sign in again during it.

Keep me signed in for 30 days only extends how long your browser holds on to the sign-in, not how long the sign-in itself is good for. You will be asked for a code again after 8 hours whether or not you ticked it.

When the 8 hours run out you see "Session expired. Redirecting to login…" and the app takes you to the sign-in page. Every completed sale is safe. An unfinished cart is not — if it happens mid-sale, sign back in and ring the sale again.

What is not here

There is no way to see who is currently signed in, no way to sign someone else out from another device, and no sign-in history to review.
