Several product screens load up to 200 matching products at a time. Scrolling through the loaded rows does not necessarily show your entire catalog. Search is how you reach products beyond that initial browse list.
Search your catalog
While online, the Products, Inventory and Sales search boxes query the catalog rather than just filtering the first browse list. Type a useful part of the name, barcode, SKU or custom SKU and allow the results to update. Make the search more specific if more than 200 products match.
On Products, a category filter also narrows the server query. On the register, choose a product tile from the results; scanning a complete product code makes a separate lookup and can find items outside the loaded grid.
Understand each view

Read the counters and notices
Inventory's Total Products uses the server's matching total. Low-stock, out-of-stock and inventory-value figures are calculated from the rows in hand. When the view is partial, those figures are not a full stock valuation. During a search, read the notices explaining that you are looking at matching products.
Clear the Inventory search before using reorder or stock-count controls that require the broader product list. A search changes the set offered by those controls.
Export carefully
Inventory's Export downloads loaded rows for the current view. A search export describes the matching rows and uses a search-specific filename. It does not silently fetch your entire catalog.
Before treating a CSV as a complete stock list, compare the visible match count with the loaded rows and read the scope notice. Keep your original import spreadsheet if you need a separate catalog reference.
If something is still missing
Clear category filters, verify the active location, and try a specific name or SKU. Archived products and non-sellable ingredients have different visibility rules. See I can't find a product in the list.
