Send, share, and track an invoice

Distinguish draft creation, delivery, payment, and cancellation.

Menus and available actions depend on your role and enabled services. In the local demos, use sample records only; no real payments or messages are sent.

The Invoices list shows number, customer, total, status, and available actions. Find the specific invoice before sending a reminder or requesting another payment.

Work with an existing invoice

  1. Match the invoice number, customer, and total.
  2. Read its status. Draft is not proof of delivery; Paid means the invoice is recorded as paid.
  3. Use Send when delivery is enabled for that invoice. Check the customer's email and the action's result.
  4. Use Copy link when available to share that invoice's hosted payment page.
  5. Use PDF when available for its document. Verify the intended invoice before giving it to the customer.
  6. Check updated status and payment history rather than assuming a sent message resulted in payment.

Your public pay page, when enabled, offers a general payment link or QR code. It differs from a link tied to an invoice. Use an invoice's own link to collect and track that specific obligation.

Correct or follow up

If an eligible unpaid invoice offers Void, check the record before confirming. Voiding a request does not refund an earlier payment. For collected funds, review the underlying transaction.

If delivery or link creation fails, retain the existing invoice reference and contact the operator. Do not create duplicates simply to retry delivery. Savanah follow-up is account-dependent.

The demo blocks sending, public checkout, sharing links, and document downloads. A visible label does not mean an external action occurred.
