SMS Terms & Consent
These SMS Terms govern text-message communications sent by or on behalf of Stratamize LLC ("Stratamize," "we," "us," or "our") through our Services. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Express consent (opt-in)
We send SMS messages only to recipients who have given prior express consent. Consent is collected at the point of contact — for example, by submitting a web form or providing a mobile number during a documented site visit — and the consent record (source and timestamp) is retained in our audit log. Consent to receive marketing or outreach text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
2. Program description
When you opt in, you may receive text messages related to lead follow-up, appointment and placement reminders, account and service notifications, and — where you have specifically consented — promotional outreach from the relevant Stratamize venture.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the program you opted into. You may receive recurring messages. We do not send a fixed number of messages per period.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Stratamize does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply to each message sent or received. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.
5. Opt-out and help
- STOP
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts from that program. We honor STOP automatically and log the opt-out.

- Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at Support@stratamize.com or (770) 629-0928.
You may also opt out at any time by emailing or calling us using the contact details above. After opting out, you may resubscribe by opting in again through an approved consent source.
6. Quiet hours and timing
Outreach messages are subject to quiet-hours enforcement so that messages are not sent during restricted local hours, consistent with applicable rules.
7. Carriers and delivery
Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier and network conditions and is not guaranteed.
8. Compliance
Our messaging practices are designed to align with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act as applicable to electronic messaging, and CTIA messaging guidelines. Consent, opt-out status, and message history are audit-logged so that consent can be demonstrated on request.
9. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
