Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Stratamize LLC ("Stratamize," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our websites and our operator-built software products — vending platform, Stratamize POS, CRM, voice AI, and automations (together, the "Services"). It applies to the people who use our Services and to individuals whose information our customers process through them.

- Information you enter into the Services, such as contacts, leads, deals, locations, and message history that you or your business create and manage.
- Communications, including the content and metadata of SMS, email, and calls handled through the Services, along with consent and opt-out status.
- Usage and device data, such as log data, IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected automatically when you use our websites or Services.

- Respond to requests for access, support, and inquiries;
- Send transactional and, where consent has been given, outreach communications;
- Enforce consent, quiet-hours, and opt-out preferences;

3. SMS and email communications
Outreach by SMS and email is sent only to recipients who have provided express consent at the point of collection (for example, a web form or a documented site visit). We honor opt-out requests automatically: replying STOP to an SMS unsubscribes that number, and unsubscribing from email suppresses the address from all future sends. 4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers (such as messaging and hosting providers) that process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards;
- Between the products within the Stratamize suite to provide the single-record experience described on our product pages, under the same protections;
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Stratamize, our customers, or others;
- In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this policy.
5. Data retention and audit logging
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Consent changes and opt-outs are recorded in an audit log so that consent status can be demonstrated. When a record is suppressed from outreach, the profile may be retained with no further messaging, as reflected in the Services.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls scoped per venture. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and out of email by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
8. Children's privacy
Our Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
