Stratamize is a software company run by a hands-on operator: ten-plus years in retail in the counterculture and vape industry, a flagship store in Newnan, Georgia, and four-plus years building a vending platform that is real and deployed on live TCN K518 hardware.

That means the CRM was not designed in a vacuum and demoed to operators. It was built because we needed it — to move our own location leads, send our own consented outreach, and keep one record per customer across vending, POS, and the floor.
