The Dashboard is the first screen after you sign in. It is a glance, not a report: everything on it is built from real sales, but the periods behind the tiles are not always the ones the labels suggest. This page says exactly what each figure counts.
Refresh at the top right reloads everything. Nothing on the page updates on its own.
The four tiles across the top

All four exclude sales that were refunded in full and tabs that are still open.
The small percentages underneath are not what they say. Read them like this:
- Under Today's Sales, vs last week compares the last 7 days with the 7 days before that. It has nothing to do with today.
- Under Orders Today, vs last month compares the last 30 days of sales value with the 30 days before that. It is a money comparison sitting under an order count.
- Under This Week Sales, vs prior week is the honest one: this calendar week against last calendar week.
If you want today against yesterday, use Reports → Sales Summary with the two dates.
Sales Overview
The chart is one bar per day. The This Week / Last Week buttons switch between the current calendar week (Monday to today) and the whole of last week, and the total for whichever you are looking at is printed above it.
Recent Sales
The last ten sales, newest first, with the sale number, the customer if one was attached, how many items, how long ago, and an icon for cash or card.
Three things to know:
- It shows every row in the sales table, including tabs that are still open and sales that were refunded. It is a live feed, not a list of takings.
- The icon is worked out from the cash and card amounts only, so a sale paid with store credit is drawn as cash.
- Each row carries a status badge, and the word on it is the sale's real status. Refunded, Cancelled and Voided are badged red; Pending is amber; Completed and an open tab's Open are green. That badge is the only place in the app a refunded sale is flagged at a glance — Sales History carries no refund marker at all — so it is worth reading this short list before you go hunting there.
Clicking a row opens the Reports page — there is no per-sale drill-down from here. To open one sale, use Sales History.
Top Sellers This Week
The ten products with the most units sold in the last 7 days, six of them shown, ranked by quantity and not by money. A cheap fast mover outranks an expensive one. For revenue ranking use Reports → Top Products and set Rank by to Revenue.
Low Stock Alerts
This is the one tile on the page scoped to the location you have selected, while every sales figure above it covers the whole company. On a two-shop account, do not read the two halves of this screen as being about the same store.
Three things about the list:
- "Low" means 50 or fewer on hand, not a reorder point you set. A row turns red under 10 and amber otherwise.
- It lists eight products at most, and the orange count beside the heading stops at 10 however many you really have — the server only ever sends ten and the tile only ever draws eight of them. Use Inventory for the real list.
- A product you have already marked as ordered drops off for seven days, and comes back if it is still low after that.
