Loyalty & Rewards is where you set what each tier is worth and how much a customer has to spend to reach it. Only an Admin or a Super can change it. Anyone else can open the page and read the settings, but the Edit Rewards Config button is greyed out with the note Only admins can edit the rewards configuration.
The page is part of the Loyalty module. If Loyalty is not switched on for your account, Rewards does not appear in the sidebar.
Change the thresholds and percentages
- Open Loyalty & Rewards.
- Click Edit Rewards Config.
- Set the two switches: - Earning Enabled — whether new cashback is awarded on a sale. - Redemption Enabled — whether a customer can pay with their store credit at the register.
- Under Tier Spend Thresholds ($), set the twelve-month spend that earns Silver, Gold and Platinum.
- Under Cash Back Percent (%), set what each of those three tiers pays back. Standard never earns cashback and has no field.
- Click Save Configuration.
The change takes effect on the next sale. It does not restate cashback already paid, and it does not re-tier your existing customers on the spot — each customer moves to the tier their spend reaches the next time they buy something.
If you are not an Admin the save is refused with Not authorized to update the rewards config (admin only).
What the rest of the page tells you
Program Configuration repeats the live settings as three tiles: the three cashback percentages, the three spend thresholds, and whether wallet redemption is on. The badge at the top right of that card reads Earning Active or Earning Disabled.
Tier Overview shows how many of your customers sit in each tier, with the threshold and cashback rate under each name.
Member Activity lists customers with their tier, wallet balance and last visit. Two things to know about it:
- It loads the first 500 customers in your account and searches, sorts and pages within those. On a larger customer list, use the Customers page to find someone.
- The Last Visit column and the Active (30 days) figure read a visit date that a sale rung on the app's sale screen does not write, so for most accounts they show "Never" and zero. The Tier and Wallet Balance columns are correct.
What is not here yet
There is no SMS or email marketing in the product, and no screen anywhere sets a customer's marketing opt-in. Rewards is a cashback program, not a messaging tool.
