Deposits shows reported or estimated funding after the deductions represented in each record. It answers a different question from Transactions: funding associated with activity, rather than whether a payment attempt was accepted.
Check a payout
- Open Deposits and set the date range.
- Choose All sources, Card, or eCheck.
- Review Net deposited, Gross processed, Fees, and Returns.
- Compare each row's Gross, Fees, Returns, and Net, along with source and date.
- On desktop, select a row to see itemized transactions when available. No itemized records means that detail is unavailable, not that the payout is zero.
- Match amount and timing to the bank statement. Use Mark reconciled only after matching, where offered.
Reconciled records your bank match; it does not initiate funding. Estimate, particularly for eCheck, indicates calculated funding rather than an independently matched bank settlement record.
If the amount differs
Check deductions, date boundaries, separate funding sources, and estimate status. Compare the same period in Statements. Pending activity on Overview is not proof of a posted bank credit; an arrival estimate is not a guarantee.
For an unresolved mismatch, provide the operator payout date, source, gross/net amounts, and a redacted bank reference. Settlement account changes go through support. The demo reconciliation control changes only a sample record.
