Stratamize LLC (“Stratamize Vending,” “we,” “us”) operates self-service vending machines and a web dashboard that machine owners use to manage them. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including our text-message (SMS) practices.
Information We Collect
- Customers at a machine: your mobile number (only if you enter it to verify your age or receive a receipt), transaction details of your purchase, and the result of an age/identity verification check performed through our verification provider.
- Business operators: account and contact information, the mobile numbers you add to receive machine alerts, and operational data about your machines (inventory, faults, status).
How We Use Information
- To verify a customer’s age before an age-restricted purchase, as required by law.
- To send a purchase receipt for a transaction the customer requested.
- To send operators the operational and security alerts they enable for their own machines.
- To operate, secure, and support the Stratamize Vending service.
SMS / Text Messaging
When you provide your mobile number — by entering it at a Stratamize Vending machine to verify your age and/or receive a purchase receipt, or by adding it in the Stratamize Vending dashboard to receive machine alerts — you consent to receive text messages from Stratamize Vending for that purpose. Customers receive a one-time age/identity verification link (for age-restricted purchases) and transactional purchase receipts; operators receive operational and security alerts. Message frequency varies based on your purchases and your machines’ activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell your information, and we do not share mobile opt-in or SMS consent information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us deliver the service — such as our payment processor, our age/identity verification provider, and our SMS delivery provider — and only as needed to provide the features you use. As stated above, we never share mobile opt-in or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption of sensitive data, to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.
